Infano vzw is al jaren de koploper in de Knack Trends-ranglijst van kinderopvangorganisaties. In de meer dan 150 opvanglocaties over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel vangt Infano vzw elke dag zo’n 20.000 kinderen op. Infano betekent ‘kind’ in het Esperanto en samen met onze medewerkers (intussen al meer dan 700) is er 1 ding belangrijk: het kind centraal zetten!

Voor onze buitenschoolse opvang en activiteiten (BOA) in Oostkamp is Infano op zoek naar enthousiaste medewerkers met met een warm hart voor kinderen. Wil jij kinderen voor en na school een fijne, speelse en warme omgeving bieden? Hou je bovendien van administratie en deins je er niet voor terug om ondersteuning te bieden aan je teamcoach? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Je functie:

  • Je staat dagelijks in de schoolopvang en staat in voor het begeleiden, ondersteunen en entertainen van de kinderen. Daarnaast werk je activiteiten uit
  • Je ondersteunt de teamcoach door het opnemen van administratieve taken (prestaties noteren, planningen opmaken, bestellingen doorgeven, … ) en door het mee optimaliseren van de dagelijkse werking voor de verschillende locaties in de regio rond buitenschoolse opvang en activiteiten (BOA)
  • Je beschikt over een eigen wagen en bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar de verschillende scholen in de regio
  • Je werkt met kinderen van 2,5 tot 12 jaar
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kinderen zich veilig voelen en creëert een warme omgeving voor hen
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leerkrachten en je bouwt een goede band op met de ouders om ervoor te zorgen dat zij hun kinderen met een gerust hart aan jou kunnen toevertrouwen
  • Je zit vol enthousiasme en goesting!
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en krijgt energie van ermee te werken
  • Administratieve taken schrikken jou niet af
  • Je beschikt over een sterk organisatie- en planningsvermogen
  • Je bent flexibel en vooral creatief creatief
  • Je beschikt over pedagogische vaardigheden om te werken met kinderen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een wagen en bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar de verschillende locaties binnen de regio
