The posting

Alberreke is een kleine, warme basisschool in het hart van Antwerpen. We zijn een school met een hart, waar diversiteit, geborgenheid, openheid, betrokkenheid en weerbaarheid centraal staan.

We creëren een leeromgeving waarin elk kind zich veilig en gezien voelt en kan groeien in zijn totale ontwikkeling: cognitief, sociaal en emotioneel.

We zetten bewust in op taalontwikkeling als basis voor leren, en zien taal als een belangrijke sleutel om grip te krijgen op leerinhouden en de wereld rondom ons.

Wij zoeken een zorgleerkracht voor de tweede graad die zich wil inzetten voor leerlingen met leer- en taalnoden.

Wat doe je?

Je bent iemand die:

  • oog heeft voor verschillen tussen leerlingen
  • gelooft in het versterken van basisvaardigheden als hefboom voor leren
  • doelgericht en gestructureerd werkt
  • interesse heeft in evidence-informed praktijken

Affiniteit met taalontwikkeling en meertaligheid is een meerwaarde.

Als zorgleerkracht ligt je focus op het begeleiden van leerlingen.

Je:

  • begeleidt leerlingen uit de tweede graad met leer- en taaluitdagingen
  • versterkt hun vaardigheden in begrijpend lezen, woordenschat, spreken en schrijven
  • helpt leerlingen om instructies beter te begrijpen en toe te passen, ook in vakken zoals wiskunde en zaakvakken
  • ondersteunt hen bij het verwerken van leerinhouden door helderheid, structuur en taalsteun te bieden

Je werkt doelgericht en onderbouwd.

Je zorgt ervoor dat leerlingen betrokken blijven, succeservaringen opdoen en groeien in zelfvertrouwen en weerbaarheid.

  • Een hart voor kinderen van 8 tot 10 jaar
  • Inzicht in of interesse voor leerprocessen en ondersteuningsnoden
  • Affiniteit met taalontwikkeling en meertaligheid is een plus
  • Een geduldige, doelgerichte en positieve houding
  • Bereidheid om te werken vanuit evidence-informed principes
  • Nauw en planmatig kunnen samenwerken met (directe) collega's
  • Voldoende flexibiliteit tonen in de dagdagelijkse werking
  • Engagement voor onze waarden: diversiteit, geborgenheid, openheid, betrokkenheid en weerbaarheid
