Resonans Onderwijs Zorg jij ervoor dat collega's minder tijd kwijt zijn aan systemen en meer tijd overhouden voor goed onderwijs? Bij Resonans krijg je de ruimte om applicaties slimmer in te richten, processen te verbeteren en collega's mee te nemen in digitale ontwikkelingen. Voor ons stafbureau in Leiderdorp zijn we op zoek naar een functioneel applicatiebeheerder. Wat ga je doen? Resonans heeft het technisch beheer uitbesteed. Dit betekent dat jij je volledig kunt focussen op signalering, ontwikkeling en advies! Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen mensen, processen en applicaties. Je beheert organisatiebrede applicaties en ondersteunt de ict-coördinatoren met jouw kennis en advies. Je bent hun vraagbaak en brengt je kennis op passende manieren over, bijvoorbeeld via trainingen, op papier of met een animatie. Dankzij jouw begeleiding vinden nieuwe applicaties en ontwikkelingen snel en soepel hun weg binnen de organisatie. Je brengt wensen en knelpunten in kaart, vertaalt deze naar praktische verbeteringen en schakelt hierover met ICT-coördinatoren en externe leveranciers. Daarbij kijk je verder dan één applicatie of afdeling en houdt rekening met privacywetgeving (AVG). Je beheert autorisaties (bijvoorbeeld in ParnasSys), houdt zicht op licenties en analyseert het gebruik hiervan. Wat vragen we? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau en aantoonbare ervaring als functioneel applicatiebeheerder. - Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft 365 is een must. Ervaring met Power BI, ParnasSys, Power Automate is welkom. Belangrijk is dat je snel begrijpt hoe een applicatie en het achterliggende proces werken. - Je kunt projectmatig werken en kunt hoofd- van bijzaken onderscheiden. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatiesensitiviteit, zelfstandigheid en een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen. - Eigenaarschap: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, durft kritisch te kijken naar je eigen werk en dat van anderen, en bent altijd gericht op verbetering.
