Polanoschool Rotterdam. Jij zorgt dat onze dove en slechthorende leerlingen stralen en meedoen. Van lesvoorbereiding tot persoonlijke begeleiding, jouw inzet maakt écht het verschil! Dit ga je doen Als onderwijsassistent ondersteun je de leerkracht tijdens de lessen en help je bij de verzorging van de kinderen. Jij bent het extra paar handen en ogen in de klas dat voor onze dove en slechthorende leerlingen zo hard nodig is. Samen met een betrokken multidisciplinair team zorg je ervoor dat elke leerling de begeleiding krijgt die hij of zij nodig heeft om zich optimaal te ontwikkelen. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Begeleiden van kleine groepen of individuele leerlingen. - Bieden van verzorging en aandacht aan leerlingen. - Observeren en rapporteren over de voortgang van leerlingen. Je kunt rekenen op: - Uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao PO, waaronder een brutomaandsalaris tussen €2.551,00 en €3.412,00 (schaal 5) op basis van 40 uur per week, eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), vakantiegeld (8%) en een goede pensioenregeling. - Een tijdelijk contract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
