Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Over de functie Een betekenisvolle functie waarin je iedere dag verschil kunt maken voor leerlingen die net dat beetje extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken, jouw expertise in te zetten en samen met een betrokken team te werken aan een passend en veilig onderwijsaanbod. In ons ondersteuningslokaal begeleiden we leerlingen met internaliserende problematiek die binnen de reguliere lessituatie extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Als onderwijsassistent bied je leerlingen een veilige, rustige en vertrouwde plek waar zij zichzelf kunnen zijn en zich stap voor stap verder kunnen ontwikkelen. De ene leerling heeft behoefte aan structuur en voorspelbaarheid, terwijl een andere leerling juist ondersteuning nodig heeft bij het reguleren van emoties, het aangaan van contact of het plannen en organiseren van schoolwerk. Samen met de trajectbegeleider van het ondersteuningslokaal ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de leerlingen. Je kijkt goed naar wat een leerling nodig heeft en stemt je aanpak in samenwerking met collega's hierop af. Je werkt nauw samen met mentoren, docenten, ondersteuningscoördinatie en andere professionals. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Begeleiden van leerlingen individueel of in kleine groepjes vanuit hun specifieke ondersteuningsbehoefte. - Het bieden van structuur, duidelijkheid en een veilige omgeving. - Je helpt leerlingen bij het plannen, organiseren en uitvoeren van hun schoolwerk. - Je ondersteunt leerlingen bij het ontwikkelen van zelfstandigheid en vertrouwen....
