Voor IKC Harm Smeenge in Beilen zoeken we een onderwijsassistent die groep 6 tot de kerstvakantie ondersteunt. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een tijdelijke baan van 30 uur per week tot de kerstvakantie; - Salaris volgens cao Primair Onderwijs (schaal 4); - 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Een fijne werkplek waar je direct van betekenis bent voor kinderen; - Een mooie kans om kennis te maken met Kits Primair. Wie ben jij? Jij: - hebt een passende mbo-4 opleiding, zoals onderwijsassistent of pedagogisch medewerker; - werkt graag met kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd; - bent rustig, geduldig en betrokken; - ziet wat een kind nodig heeft; - werkt goed samen én neemt initiatief; - beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt samen met de leraar in groep 6 en helpt leerlingen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je: - begeleidt kinderen individueel of in kleine groepjes; - helpt leerlingen bij het oefenen van lesstof; - ondersteunt kinderen die behoefte hebben aan rust of extra structuur; - stimuleert concentratie, zelfvertrouwen en zelfstandig werken; - houdt ontwikkelingen van leerlingen bij en stemt af met de leraar; - helpt mee met diverse praktische en onderwijsondersteunende taken.
