Dan zoeken we jou !!!!! - Prins Alexander - 56 leerlingen - Schaal 5 (max €3.412,00 o.b.v 40 uur) Wij werken aan De Piloot biedt kwalitatief, uitdagend, stimulerend onderwijs aan leerlingen met speciale ondersteuningsbehoeften. Wij hanteren de kerndoelen voor het regulier onderwijs als uitgangspunt. Dit betekent dat wij: • nauwkeurig volgen, observeren en krachtig handelen • zorgen voor duidelijkheid in ruimte, activiteit, interactie en tijd d.m.v. onze basisaanpak vanuit de methode Wijzer Onderwijs • samenwerken met leerling, ouder(s)/verzorger(s) en ketenpartners • een veilige leeromgeving bieden waarin de leerling zich optimaal kan ontwikkelen, door adaptief onderwijs te bieden. Van mise-en-place tot begeleiding, jij kan iets betekenen voor onze leerlingen. SO De Piloot locatie De Kleine Plantage De Piloot verzorgt op de locatie De kleine Plantage onderwijs in 8 behandelgroepen. In de Be-groepenO (behandeling- en onderwijsgroepen) zijn behandeling en onderwijs geïntegreerd in één groep. De jeugdzorgwerkers en de leerkracht werken in de groepen vanuit dezelfde visie en aanpak en bieden behandel- en onderwijsactiviteiten aan. Deze groepen zijn bedoeld voor kinderen van 2 tot 7 jaar. Kinderen vanaf 3 jaar worden ingeschreven op De Piloot. De leerlingen zitten in gemengde groepen. De uitstroom is zeer divers. Zowel regulier, cluster 2, cluster 3, cluster 4 en SBO kinderen zitten bij elkaar in de groep. Vanuit Enver wordt er aan de behandeldoelen gewerkt die het wijkteam heeft opgesteld met ouders. Deze behandeldoelen worden besproken tijdens de kennismaking, samen met de mentor en de jeugdzorgwerker. Op De kleine Plantage streven we ernaar om de leerlingen schoolse vaardigheden aan te leren die zij nodig hebben in een voor hen passende vervolgplek. Dit gebeurt met het gehele behandelteam.
