Onze ambitie is dat beide concepten elkaar versterken, zodat zowel reguliere als hoogbegaafde leerlingen profiteren van wat we ontwikkelen. De weg richting inclusie is daarbij het uitgangspunt. Voor die ontwikkeling zoeken we een onderwijscoördinator die vakinhoudelijk sterk is, verbindt en mensen in beweging brengt. Jouw rol Als onderwijscoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de leerlingondersteuning, de kwaliteitsbewaking van het onderwijs en de begeleiding van collega's. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor leerkrachten, ouders, externe partners en de schoolleiding. Binnen De Driesprong vervul je daarnaast een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling en ondersteuning van hoogbegaafde leerlingen. Als onderwijscoördinator ben je lid van het managementteam. Je denkt mee over vraagstukken van jonge kinderen met een ontwikkelingsvoorsprong in de groepen 4HB tot en met 8HB. Je legt verantwoording af aan de directeur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor vier gebieden. 1. Leerlingondersteuning en leerlingenzorg • Je coördineert de ondersteuningsstructuur binnen de school. • Je organiseert en begeleidt leerling- en groepsbesprekingen. • Adviseert leerkrachten bij ondersteunings- en onderwijsvragen. • Je begeleidt en bewaakt ondersteuningstrajecten van leerlingen. • Je onderhoudt contacten met ouders en externe. • Je begeleidt aanmeldings-, en verwijzing- en onderzoekstrajecten van...
