Onderwijskundig beleidsmedewerker - Tijdelijk Lodewijk College Stichting VO Zeeuws-Vlaanderen staat voor goed, eigentijds en regionaal geworteld onderwijs, waar alle leerlingen zich welkom voelen en hun talenten optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Onze doelstelling is het waarborgen van breed en kwalitatief hoogwaardig onderwijs dicht bij huis voor elke leerling. VO Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is het bestuur van het Lodewijk College in Terneuzen, de Praktijkschool Hulst, het Reynaertcollege in Hulst en het Zwin College in Oostburg. Voor het Lodewijk College wordt binnen de gemeente Terneuzen gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van een onderwijscampus. Het Lodewijk College zoekt een: Onderwijskundig beleidsmedewerker - 0,8 fte Wat ga je doen? Als onderwijskundig beleidsmedewerker draag je bij aan de voorbereiding, ontwikkeling, uitvoering en evaluatie van onderwijskundig beleid dat aansluit bij het schoolplan. Daarnaast vervul je namens de school een belangrijke rol bij de ontwikkeling van de gezamenlijke onderwijscampus. De komende jaren vormt de campusontwikkeling een groot onderdeel van je werkzaamheden. Samen met de stafmedewerker huisvesting adviseer je de directie en het managementteam en zorg je ervoor dat plannen worden omgezet in concrete, haalbare en goed onderbouwde voorstellen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met medewerkers, leerlingen, ouders, de gemeente, de andere onderwijspartners en externe adviseurs. Begeleiding campusontwikkeling Binnen de ontwikkeling van de onderwijscampus werk je nauw samen met de stafmedewerker facilitair, inkoop en huisvesting, waarbij jullie worden ondersteund door een externe adviseur.
