Wil jij als regisseur van leren en innoveren meebouwen aan een dynamisch Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL)? Dan is dit vast de baan die je bent. Rotterdam Max. € 6.210 0,6 fte, 3 dagen per week (Het betreft een tijdelijke functie vanwege vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof) HBO CENTER FOR TEACHING & LEARNING (CTL) Het CTL is de plek binnen het GLR waar professionalisering, innovatie en onderzoek samenkomen. Vanuit het CTL creëren we een omgeving waarin we met en van elkaar leren, verbindingen leggen tussen expertises en initiatieven en ruimte bieden om kennis en ervaringen rondom eigentijds onderwijs te delen, ontwikkelen en uit te proberen. Het CTL is volop in ontwikkeling. We hebben een duidelijke visie en werken aan de verdere ontwikkeling ervan binnen de school, onder andere door het begeleiden van leernetwerken en innovatiegroepen, het organiseren van leeractiviteiten en het bieden van onderwijskundige ondersteuning. Daarbij werken we niet vanuit een vast stappenplan, maar leren en ontwikkelen we gaandeweg. We ontdekken wat werkt door te doen, te onderzoeken en samen te reflecteren. Ter vervanging tijdens het zwangerschapsverlof van een van onze onderwijskundigen zoeken wij een collega die ons team tijdelijk komt versterken.
