Bij ons ontwikkel je leermiddelen waarmee mensen techniek beter begrijpen en veiliger werken. Je krijgt ruimte voor je eigen aanpak en bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van wat je oplevert. Van leervraag tot bruikbaar resultaat Binnen ons team Leermiddelen werk je aan e-learning, lesmateriaal en examens voor bedrijven, scholen en brancheorganisaties. Ook ontwikkel je onze eigen producten verder. Je schakelt rechtstreeks met opdrachtgevers en werkt samen met onderwijskundigen, inhoudsdeskundigen en een grafisch vormgever. Je neemt de regie over je projecten, binnen de afgesproken kaders en in afstemming met de teamleider. Je maakt keuzes, organiseert de samenwerking en signaleert tijdig wat nodig is om het resultaat te halen. Concreet betekent dit: - Je vertaalt opleidingsvragen naar een helder ontwerp en passende leeroplossingen, met oog voor de doelgroep en de praktijk waarin het geleerde wordt toegepast. - Je ontwikkelt lesmateriaal, interactieve e-learning, examens en toetsvragen. Je bewaakt de didactische kwaliteit, inhoudelijke juistheid en eindredactie. - Je coördineert ontwikkelprojecten, stemt verwachtingen en voortgang af met opdrachtgevers en levert inhoudelijke input voor offertes. - Je begeleidt auteurs en inhoudsdeskundigen en helpt hen hun vakkennis begrijpelijk en leerbaar te m...
