Op SO Het Gele Park begeleid je leerlingen van 4 t/m 12 jaar die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Jij helpt hen groeien - pedagogisch én didactisch - in een veilige en voorspelbare leeromgeving. Als onderwijsondersteuner begeleid je leerlingen individueel en in groepjes. Je signaleert wat een leerling nodig heeft en stemt dit af met de leraar. Je denkt mee over passende begeleiding en helpt om leerlingen stap voor stap vooruit te helpen. Jouw functie - Je begeleidt groepjes leerlingen met diverse ondersteuningsbehoeften. - Je zorgt voor rust, structuur en een positief leerklimaat. - Je werkt nauw samen met leraren, intern begeleiders en de orthopedagoog. - Je neemt deel aan oudergesprekken en vak-/werkgroepen. Wat maakt werken bij SO Het Gele Park bijzonder? Bij SO Het Gele Park in Lichtenvoorde werken we dagelijks aan de ontwikkeling van ieder kind vanuit de overtuiging: ieder kind doet ertoe. Wat onze school bijzonder maakt, is de inclusieve setting waarin verschillende onderwijsvormen samenkomen. In hetzelfde gebouw zijn speciaal onderwijs (SO), speciaal basisonderwijs (SBO) en regulier basisonderwijs (BO) gevestigd. Daarnaast werken we nauw samen met onze zorg- en kinderopvangpartner. Deze unieke samenwerking biedt leerlingen kansen om elkaar te ontmoeten, samen te leren en zich te ontwikkelen in een omgeving waarin verschillen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Tegelijkertijd biedt het medewerkers de mogelijkheid om kennis en expertise uit te wisselen met collega's uit verschillende onderwijssectoren. Hierdoor ontstaat een krachtige leer- en werkom...
