Onderzoeker Lerarenopleiding Junior onderzoeker Onderzoeker Lerarenopleiding Wil jij bijdragen aan baanbrekend onderzoek dat de grenzen van de wetenschap verlegt? Zoek jij een onderzoeks-positie waarin je jouw nieuwsgierigheid kunt omzetten in concrete onderzoeksresultaten, artikelen en praktijktools? Dan is de functie van onderzoeker op deze twee themas: a) de professionele idealen van aanstaande VO docenten en b) kansengelijkheid in het voortgezet onderwijs van de noordelijke regio, bij lerarenopleiding van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RUG) precies wat je zoekt! Als onderzoeker krijg je de kans om, onder begeleiding, je eigen inzichten te ontwikkelen, gegevens te verzamelen en je bevindingen te delen met zowel wetenschappelijke collega's als praktijkpartners wereldwijd. Samen met een gemotiveerd projectteam werk je aan betekenisvolle oplossingen en draag je bij aan de toekomst van jouw vakgebied. Professionele idealen project In deze studie willen we inzicht krijgen in de professionele idealen van aanstaande en beginnende leraren, de manier waarop ze veranderen en hoe ze beginnende leraren helpen om te gaan met uitdagende omstandigheden. Verschillende onderzoeksbenaderingen en - methoden worden gebruikt in deze studie: 1) een scoping review om inzicht te krijgen in professionele idealen en de factoren die deze idealen beïnvloeden, 2) een diepgaand interviewonderzoek om inzicht te krijgen in de professionele idealen van beginnende leraren, 3) een longitudinaal onderzoek met behulp van dagboeken en retrospectieve interviews om de (veranderingen van) professionele idealen in de loop van de tijd te volgen en 4) een formatieve interventiestudie om inductieprogramma's te ontwikkelen.
