Zie jij juist de kans om vertrouwen te herstellen, vastgelopen situaties vlot te trekken en de overheid beter te laten functioneren? Dan hebben wij een unieke functie voor je. Wij zoeken een ervaren onderzoeker die complexe klachten scherp analyseert, onafhankelijk oordeelt en met gezag en overtuigingskracht het verschil maakt voor inwoners van Den Haag en Leidschendam-Voorburg. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag spreek je een inwoner die zich niet gehoord voelt door de gemeente. De volgende dag voer je een onderzoek uit naar een complexe klacht of begeleid je een bemiddeling tussen verschillende partijen. Als onderzoeker bij de Gemeentelijke Ombudsman en Jeugdombudsman ben jij de schakel tussen inwoner en overheid. Je onderzoekt klachten over gemeentelijke dienstverlening, jeugdhulp en kinderrechten, brengt feiten en belangen in kaart en zoekt naar oplossingen die recht doen aan alle betrokkenen. Je bepaalt zelf welke aanpak het meest effectief is: een onderzoek, een interventie of bemiddeling. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de individuele klacht. Je signaleert patronen, legt onderliggende oorzaken bloot en adviseert de gemeente hoe dienstverlening kan worden verbeterd. Je schrijft heldere en overtuigende rapportages, formuleert goed onderbouwde oordelen en aanbevelingen en draagt daarmee direct bij aan een transparante, lerende en betrouwbare overheid.
