Werk je graag samen met ontwerpers, corporaties en de grote steden aan urgente stedelijke vraagstukken? Dan is deze functie bij de onderzoeksgroep Bouwtransformatie aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam iets voor jou. Want waar anders dan bij de HvA … • werk je aan toegepast onderzoek met directe maatschappelijke impact; • maak je deel uit van een interdisciplinair lectoraatsteam met krachtige praktijkpartners; • draag je bij aan oplossingen voor de nieuwbouw van woningen met positieve impact op wellbeing. Zo maak je het verschil Als onderzoeker ga je binnen het lectoraat Bouwtransformatie (Kenniscentrum Techniek) ga je aan de slag in het nieuwe meerjarige onderzoeksproject Building for wellbeing TOO. De komende jaren moeten 850.000 nieuwe woningen worden bijgebouwd, maar de nieuwbouw gaat traag en is complex. Om binnen deze condities toch binnenstedelijk te bouwen in hoge dichtheden, ontwikkelt de praktijk nieuwe woonconcepten. Of die woonconcepten op gebouw- en gebiedsniveau werken zoals bedacht, is nog maar de vraag. Met name over de impact op wellbeing van de gebruikers heeft de praktijk grote zorgen.
