Tijdens deze stage krijg je de unieke kans om vanaf de basis mee te bouwen aan een toekomstgerichte leeromgeving. Je werkt aan een innovatief concept waarin leren, ontwikkelen, HR-informatie en loopbaanontwikkeling samenkomen in één geïntegreerde omgeving. Onze organisatie staat aan het begin van een mooie ontwikkeling: de realisatie van een digitaal leerplatform, een centrale HR Hub én de Bommel Academie als fysieke en conceptuele leerwerkplaats. Aan jou de uitdaging om te onderzoeken hoe deze onderdelen elkaar optimaal kunnen versterken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwerpen van een modern en gebruiksvriendelijk leerplatform. - Het ontwikkelen van een HR Hub als centrale plek voor HR-informatie, beleid, regelingen, vacatures en communicatie. - Het uitwerken van de Bommel Academie als inspirerende leerwerkplaats voor skills, mobiliteit en loopbaanontwikkeling. Onderzoeksvraag Hoe kunnen we een geïntegreerde omgeving ontwikkelen waarin een nieuw leerplatform, een HR Hub als centrale verzamelplek voor HR-informatie en de Bommel Academie samenkomen, zodat medewerkers op één plek kunnen leren, ontwikkelen en groeien binnen hun loopbaan? Tijdens je onderzoek combineer je praktijkgericht onderzoek met conceptontwikkeling. Je spreekt medewerkers, analyseert gebruikersbehoeften en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar concrete ontwerpen en adviezen waarmee de organisatie direct aan de slag kan.
