Je werkt nauw samen met de Manager en Coördinator Operational Excellence en teams als Maintenance en Manufacturing. Binnen Coca-Cola Europacific Partners werken we continu aan het verbeteren van onze organisatie, productielijnen en onze mensen. De afdeling Operational Excellence richt zich op het continu verbeteren en optimaliseren van onze productieprocessen. Hierbij kijken ze naar autonoom onderhoud, digitalisering, processtandaardisatie en verschillende verbeterprogramma's. Wat deze stage bijzonder maakt? Je krijgt veel vrijheid voor eigen inbreng. Er is altijd ruimte voor verbetering, zeker binnen Operational Excellence. Jouw ideeën en onderzoeksresultaten worden daarom echt meegenomen en afgewogen. Je krijgt bovendien de kans om jouw aanbevelingen zelf in de praktijk te implementeren! Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Tijdens deze afstudeer- of onderzoeksstage combineer je jouw eigen onderzoek met het actief meewerken binnen Operational Excellence. Zo krijg je voldoende ruimte voor je onderzoek, terwijl je tegelijkertijd onze fabriek, processen en manier van werken goed leert kennen. Voor jouw onderzoek ga je aan de slag met één van de volgende onderwerpen: - Onderzoeken hoe autonoom onderhoud verder ontwikkeld en uitgerold kan worden; - Onderzoeken hoe digitale tools, die ondersteunen bij zaken zoals Short Interval Control, werkplekorganisatie en standaardinstellingen; verder uitgerold en toegepast kunnen worden. Naast je onderzoek houd je je bezig met: - Ondersteuning bij 5S en autonoom onderhoud-projecten; - Ondersteunen ...
