We werken de komende tijd aan grote projecten op het gebied van woningbouw, bedrijventerreinen, infrastructuur, voorzieningen, natuur en recreatie. Het team maakt daarmee de 'gaten in de organisatie' zichtbaar en legt dilemma's op tafel om de organisatie verder te helpen. Zo helpt zij de organisatie zich te verbeteren en gezamenlijke doelen te halen. De professionals van het team Communicatie adviseren en ontwikkelen communicatie- en participatiestrategieën om effect te bereiken in de gemeentelijke opgaven. Het team voert de plannen zelf uit of coördineert de uitvoering door andere teams of externen. Bij een crisis neemt het team direct haar verantwoordelijkheid. Het team bestaat uit 14 personen waaronder communicatieadviseurs, participatieadviseurs, een online adviseur, webredactie en een communicatiemedewerker Het team is onderdeel van het domein Bedrijfsvoering & Dienstverlening.
