Met jouw inzet help je digitale middelen verder te professionaliseren en de online communicatie naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Wat ga je doen - Je verzamelt informatie, cijfers en trends en stelt de concept Sociale mediastrategie 2027 op. - Je voert zelfstandig een maandelijkse monitor uit van statistieken van sociale mediakanalen, chatbot en website en levert daarop een advies voor professionalisering. - Je adviseert over de inzet en het gebruik van digitale communicatiekanalen door collegeleden en medewerkers. - Je adviseert en ontwikkelt online communicatiecampagnes en -plannen van operationele aard. - Je analyseert de digitale klantreis om de gebruikerservaring op de gemeentelijke website en sociale media te optimaliseren. - Je adviseert collega's bij de aanschaf van nieuwe websites en beheert het overzicht van gemeentelijke websites. - Je vervult de rol van supervisor voor de webcare die het KlantContactCentrum uitvoert. - Je begeleidt aanpassingen op de website. - Je bent intermediair tussen de organisatie en leveranciers van de website en sociale mediatools. - Je werkt samen met de webredactie. - Je monitort trends en ontwikkelingen in online dienstverlening om de online communicatie verder te professionaliseren.
