Voor jou kent het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van data-driven marketingactiviteiten geen geheimen. Als Online Marketeer bij VNOM ben jij van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor onze e-mailcampagnes, marketing automation en CRM-verbeteringen. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je van losse ideeën en processen een strak geautomatiseerd geheel maakt. Projectmatig werken zit in je DNA: je pakt eigenaarschap, brengt structuur aan en maakt van ieder marketingproject een succes. Of het nu gaat om het bouwen van slimme e-mailflows, het optimaliseren van datastromen of het verhogen van conversie — jij gaat voor resultaat én schaalbaarheid.

Wat deze rol uniek maakt, is de vrijheid om zelf processen en kansen te signaleren en deze slim te automatiseren met tools en AI. Jij denkt vooruit en hebt de ambitie om werkzaamheden zo efficiënt mogelijk in te richten, zodat je ruimte creëert voor nieuwe projecten. Je bent continu bezig met het optimaliseren van CRM en campagnes, en zoekt steeds naar manieren om slimmer te werken — voor jezelf, het team én de organisatie. Jij zorgt voor versnelling en verbetering, en bouwt mee aan een marketingmachine die steeds krachtiger draait. Concreet ga je aan de slag met:

- Het opstellen van het e-mailmarketingbeleid en bouwen van geautomatiseerde flows (e-mail & WhatsApp);

- Nieuwsbrieven plannen, ontwerpen, A/B-testen, versturen en analyseren;

- Ontwikkelen en beheren van templates en sjablonen voor recruiters en consultants;

- Automatiseren van communicatie vanuit verschillende systemen zoals DeployTeq, Carerix en Ai tools.

- Data optimaliseren: opschonen, verrijken, segmenteren en structureren binnen het ATS;

- Inrichten van slimme flows en statusupdates voor kandidaten en contactpersonen;

- Zorgen voor AVG-compliancy, zoals automatisch afscheid nemen van inactieve profielen;

- Verbeteren van de interne communicatie via ons intranet;

- AI en automatisering inzetten om processen te versnellen en te verbeteren;

- Analyseren van camp
