Bij het Alumni Office en het Utrechts Universiteitsfonds krijg je veel ruimte om campagnes en nieuwe initiatieven te ontwikkelen. Je werkt zelfstandig én nauw samen in een klein contentteam, binnen een organisatie die al 140 jaar generaties met de Universiteit Utrecht verbindt. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt in een contentteam van drie collega's en stemt veel af met onder anderen fondsenwervers en alumni-officers. Zij brengen onderwerpen, signalen en ideeën in; jij vertaalt die samen met je collega's naar passende online communicatie en campagnes Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er niet alleen voor. In het kleine contentteam zoeken collega's elkaar actief op, delen ze ideeën en helpen ze elkaar verder. Tegelijkertijd profiteer je van de kennis en expertise van collega's in de bredere organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Nieuwsbrieven alumni én donateurs - je beheert en herijkt onze bestaande alumni-nieuwsbrief en ontwikkelt een nieuwe, aparte donateursnieuwsbrief, in nauwe samenwerking met de fondsenwervers. - Marketing- en wervingscampagnes - je ontwikkelt campagnes gericht op (nieuwe) donateurs en voert deze samen met de fondsenwervers uit. - Data en meten - je bouwt en onderhoudt rapporten en dashboards, en je houdt website-analytics en -statistieken bij. Meten is bij ons geen bijzaak, maar onderdeel van hoe we werken. - Werken met onze database (Salesforce) - je zet campagnes op en segmenteert doelgroepen voor gerichte communicatie en ondersteunt andere collega's hierbij. - Ondersteuning in communicatie - je ond...
