Online Marketeer Marketing is voor jou meer dan een campagne online zetten en naar de cijfers kijken. Jij wilt weten waarom iets werkt, hoe het beter kan en waar nieuwe kansen liggen. Je combineert strategie en creativiteit, gebruikt data om keuzes te maken en denkt graag vooruit. Je ziet kansen, neemt initiatief en krijgt energie van marketing die niet alleen goed uitziet, maar ook resultaat oplevert. Herkenbaar? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.

Wat ga je doen? Als Online Marketeer werk je aan de groei, zichtbaarheid en online positie van verschillende labels binnen de Gilde-BT Groep. Van opleidingen en software tot zakelijke dienstverlening: je werkt aan verschillende merken en doelgroepen. Daardoor is geen dag hetzelfde. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om ideeën uit te werken, nieuwe dingen te proberen en kansen om te zetten in resultaat.

Je gaat onder andere:

- SEO, SEA en GEO inzetten om onze online vindbaarheid en zichtbaarheid te vergroten.

- Campagnes bedenken, opzetten en verbeteren via onder andere Meta, LinkedIn en TikTok.

- Data en dashboards analyseren, trends herkennen en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.

- Creatieve campagnes en content bedenken en maken, van social posts en visuals tot video.

- Werken met marketing automation en e-mailmarketing om leads en klanten op het juiste moment te bereiken.

- Websites en landingspagina’s verbeteren voor een betere gebruikerservaring en meer conversie.

- Zelf visuele content maken voor online en offline campagnes met Adobe en/of Canva.

- AI slim inzetten om marketing, content en campagnes sneller en beter te maken.

- Sterke teksten schrijven die niet alleen goed klinken, maar mensen ook in beweging brengen.
