Das erwartet dich

* Social Media: Du planst Beiträge, erstellst sie und postest sie. Themen sind Fitness, gesunde Ernährung und besonders Frauenfitness und Frauengesundheit.

* Community Management: Du beantwortest Kommentare, Nachrichten und Fragen herzlich, kompetent und zeitnah.

* Online-Kurse & Online-Marketing: Du betreust unsere Online-Kurse und -Programme und unterstützt Kampagnen und Launches.

* Kundenbetreuung & Account-Management: Du bist Ansprechperson für Teilnehmer:innen und pflegst Zugänge und Accounts.

* Video & Design: Du schneidest Reels und Trailer mit CapCut und gestaltest Content mit Canva. Bei Videodrehs bist du dabei.

* Marketing-Assistenz & Organisation: Du organisierst Zoom-Calls, koordinierst Projekte und hältst Abläufe zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

* Du liebst Fitness, Gesundheit und gesunde Ernährung und beschäftigst dich gerne mit Frauenfitness.

* Du arbeitest selbstverständlich mit KI-Tools wie Claude und ChatGPT.

* Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Canva, CapCut und Google Drive.

* Du hast Erfahrung in Social Media, Online-Marketing oder Content-Erstellung.

* Du bist top organisiert, arbeitest selbstständig und behältst auch bei vielen Projekten den Überblick.

* Verlässlichkeit ist für dich selbstverständlich.

* Du bist flexibel. Bei Drehs und Online-Events bist du nach Absprache auch einmal abends oder am Wochenende dabei.

* Du schreibst sicher auf Deutsch.

* Du hast Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit.

Idealerweise

* Du hast eine Ausbildung im Online-Marketing, Social Media oder einem kreativen Bereich oder du bist bereit eine Ausbildung in diesem Bereich im Rahmen einer Digistiftung zu absolvieren.

* Du bringst Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement und Kursplattformen mit.

* Du hast Grundwissen in Trainingslehre oder pflanzenbasierter Ernährung.
