Mario Faizhofer e.U. ab sofort eine engagierte und kreative Persönlichkeit im Bereich Online Marketing & Social Media. 1 Online Marketing Manager_in Du hast ein Gespür für guten Content, verstehst, wie man Menschen online erreicht, und möchtest nicht nur bestehende Kanäle betreuen, sondern auch eigene Ideen und Kampagnen umsetzen? Deine Aufgaben

* Social-Media-Auftritt: Planung, Erstellung und laufende Betreuung unseres Unternehmensauftritts auf relevanten Social-Media-Plattformen

* Content & Kommunikation: Entwicklung von Ideen und Inhalten zur professionellen und authentischen Positionierung unseres Unternehmens

* Leadgenerierung: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Online-Leadkanäle zur Gewinnung von Neukundinnen und Neukunden

* Kampagnenplanung: Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung eigener Online-Marketing- und Social-Media-Kampagnen

* Performance & Optimierung: Beobachtung und Auswertung der Ergebnisse unserer Online-Aktivitäten sowie laufende Optimierung

* Neue Ideen: Aktives Einbringen neuer Trends, Formate und Ansätze zur Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Präsenz

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung oder fundiertes Know-how im Bereich Online Marketing und Social Media

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen

* Verständnis für digitale Leadgenerierung und Online-Kampagnen

* Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Inhalte

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung zu übernehmen

* Erfahrung mit Social Ads bzw. Performance Marketing ist von Vorteil

Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation besteht ausdrücklich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
