Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder verwandter Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing (B2B und B2C) erforderlich

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CMS Systemen wie Typo3, WordPress, weitere von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SEM, Social Media Marketing

* Anwenderkenntnisse in Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut und Canva

* Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Spaß daran, das Online Marketing weiterzuentwickeln

* Tiefes Verständnis der aktuellen Online-Marketingtrends und -strategien

* Starke kreative und gleichzeitig auch analytische Fähigkeiten

Deine Aufgaben

* Digitale Strategie: Entwickele, implementiere und überwache unsere digitale Marketingstrategie, um unsere Online-Präsenz und unseren Markteinfluss im B2B & B2C zu steigern

* Kampagnenmanagement: Entwickele, verfolge und optimiere unsere Online-Marketingkampagnen, einschließlich PPC, Display-Anzeigen und Social Media-Werbung

* Content-Management: Plane, erstelle und verwalte hochwertigen und ansprechenden Online-Content für unsere Webseiten, Social-Media-Plattformen und andere digitale Kanäle

* Website-Optimierung: Überwache und verbessere die Benutzerfreundlichkeit auf unseren Webseiten, um die Konversionsraten zu steigern und die Sichtbarkeit in Suchmaschinen zu erhöhen

* Analysen und Berichterstattung: Erstelle regelmäßige Berichte über die Leistungen unserer Online-Marketingaktivitäten und nutze die Daten, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen

* Budget-Verantwortung: Plane und steuere eigenständig die Aktivitäten fürs kommende Jahr
