Bij Manpower zijn we op zoek naar een Onsite HR Consultant die energie haalt uit organiseren, schakelen en samenwerken, en die mee het verschil maakt binnen een betrokken en respectvol team.

Onze Onsite HR Consultants werken vanuit de bedrijven zelf. Daardoor sta je elke dag dicht bij je klant en beheer je hun noden rond uitzendwerk van zeer nabij. Je bouwt een sterke vertrouwensband op, coördineert de dagelijkse werking en ziet onmiddellijk het resultaat van je inspanningen op de werkvloer.

Het team verwelkomt jou graag als nieuwe Onsite HR Consultant om hen te versterken.

Bij Manpower Onsite speel je een sleutelrol in het rekruteren en selecteren van uitzendkrachten voor grote nationale en internationale ondernemingen.

Jouw rol

Als Onsite HR Consultant bouw je met jouw professionele en gestructureerde aanpak stap voor stap een sterke vertrouwensrelatie op met je klant. Dankzij het gevarieerde takenpakket is geen enkele dag hetzelfde.

1. Rekrutering & selectie

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten.
  • Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken, neemt indien nodig testen af en selecteert de beste match.
  • Het correct en snel invullen van aanvragen is jouw topprioriteit, samen met je team.

2. Kandidaten begeleiden

  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met kandidaten en begeleidt hen doorheen het volledige sollicitatieproces.
  • Ook na opstart blijf je betrokken en zorg je voor opvolging en coaching.

3. Klantrelaties & opportuniteiten

  • Je werkt vanuit de site van de klant, begrijpt hun specifieke noden en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties.
  • Je bouwt een sterke professionele relatie op en detecteert opportuniteiten waar mogelijk.

4. Administratie & dagelijkse operaties

  • Je bereidt contracten voor, zorgt voor kwaliteitsopvolging en handelt dossiers administratief correct af.
  • Je organiseert alles rond opstarten: badges, medische onderzoeken, werkkledij…
  • Je beheert kosten en opbrengsten efficiënt.
  • En ja, er is administratie – maar jij weet die perfect te combineren met je operationele taken.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt een oprechte interesse in mensen en het maken van de juiste match.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en houdt van variatie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en systemen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en bent flexibel inzetbaar in de regio Brussel.
