Je komt terecht in een technische en veelzijdige werkomgeving, waarin jij hét gezicht bent van de IT-afdeling. Denk aan het ondersteunen van gebruikers op centrale locaties, technische hubs en kantoren - plekken waar snelheid, servicegerichtheid en zelfstandigheid essentieel zijn. Je biedt ondersteuning op locatie en helpt eindgebruikers bij uiteenlopende IT-vraagstukken. Hoewel je zelfstandig je dienst draait, werk je nauw samen met collega's van de centrale servicedesk. Een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is en jij echt het verschil maakt.
