Je bereid hardware voor en installeert deze op locatie. Ook ondersteun je ons support team vanuit kantoor of bij de klant. Onsite Support Engineer Bij BK IT Solutions draait IT om mensen. En soms betekent dat: gewoon bij de klant op locatie staan om dingen goed te regelen. Wat ga je doen? BK IT Solutions is een moderne Managed Service Provider gevestigd in Capelle aan den IJssel . Vanuit hier ondersteunen we MKB‑klanten door heel Nederland, met een sterke focus op de regio Rotterdam. Als Onsite Support Engineer kom je regelmatig bij onze klanten over de vloer. Je helpt klanten met het installeren van nieuwe hardware of om problemen op te lossen die nu remote verholpen kunnen worden. We houden van korte lijnen, duidelijkheid en samenwerken. Geen bureaucratie, wel verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen. Taken van een Support Engineer Voorbereiden, installeren en uitleveren van hardware (laptops, werkplekken, randapparatuur) Registreren en opvolgen van incidenten en wijzigingen in Autotask Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers op locatie bij IT‑vragen en problemen maar ook op afstand vanuit ons kantoor Uitvoeren van periodiek beheer op locatie Signaleren van verbeterpunten in de IT‑omgeving van de klant Schakelen met collega's wanneer een vraag verder gaat dan support Opleiding MBO ICT Opleiding Niveau of gerelateerd Competenties Ervaring met IT‑support of werkplekbeheer Wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen en doorgroeien Vindt het leuk om met klanten te communiceren Basiskennis van Microsoft 365 en Windows Een goede beheersing van de Nede...
