Als Onsite Support Engineer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor storingen aan modules op locatie bij een belangrijke klant. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken, van een eenvoudige vervanging tot een complexe elektronische storing, en zorgt dat de productie zo snel en zorgvuldig mogelijk verder kan. - Je analyseert storingen op locatie en kiest doelgericht de juiste aanpak. - Je gebruikt documentatie en een storingsdatabank om oplossingen te versnellen. - Je schakelt met collega's, klant en specialisten om tot een duurzame oplossing te komen. - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid in elke stap van je werk. - Je signaleert terugkerende issues en draagt verbeteringen aan die echt verschil maken. In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, technisch te verdiepen en onder druk overzicht te houden. Jij combineert oplossingsgericht werken met zorgvuldigheid, zodat de klant op je kan bouwen en de installatie blijft presteren. Functie-eisen Je bent technisch onderlegd, pakt verantwoordelijkheid en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar geen storing hetzelfde is. Met 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een technische functie ben je klaar voor een rol waarin je zelfstandig handelt, maar ook nauw samenwerkt met collega's en de klant. - Een afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo-niveau, bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen machinebouw, metaal, service of onderhoud. - Je kunt storingen analyseren en gestructureerd oplossen, ook wanneer de druk oploopt. - Je communiceert helder, schake...
