Binnen Atlas Copco ondersteun je collega's in Nederland en België met hoogwaardige IT-dienstverlening. Je combineert technische expertise met een proactieve en klantgerichte aanpak en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze digitale werkplek. Als Onsite Support Engineer maak je deel uit van het BENE Service Delivery Team. Vanuit onze locatie in Amsterdam ben je het aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen en zorg je ervoor dat collega's optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van hun digitale werkplek. Je biedt zowel ondersteuning op locatie als op afstand en werkt nauw samen met de Service Desk, IT-specialisten, applicatieteams en andere stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan lokale en regionale IT-projecten en een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan de continue verbetering van onze dienstverlening. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Verlenen van eersteklas IT-ondersteuning voor werkplekken, laptops, mobiele apparaten, printers, vergaderruimtesystemen en Microsoft 365-oplossingen. - Beheren en opvolgen van incidenten en serviceverzoeken volgens de geldende ITSM-processen en serviceafspraken. - Analyseren en oplossen van hardware- en softwareproblemen, zelfstandig of in samenwerking met gespecialiseerde IT-teams. - Installeren, configureren, vervangen en beheren van werkplekapparatuur gedurende de volledige levenscyclus. - Zorgdragen voor correcte registratie van IT-assets en documentatie. - Ondersteunen van IT-projecten, migraties en implementaties binnen Nederland en België. - Adviseren van gebruikers over slimme en efficiënte inzet van technologie. - Bijdragen aan procesverbe...
