Voor een overheidsinstelling in Den Bosch zoeken we een On-site Support Engineer die energie krijgt van afwisseling en het leuk vindt om meerdere locaties in de regio te ondersteunen. Jouw rol Als On-site Support Engineer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor IT-ondersteuning op locatie. Den Bosch is je standplaats, maar je zult ook regelmatig op pad zijn naar twee andere locaties in de omgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je helpt gebruikers met hun werkplekken, lost hardware- en softwareproblemen op en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft draaien. Omdat je veel contact hebt met collega's, is het belangrijk dat je communicatief sterk bent en gebruikers op een vriendelijke manier verder helpt. Wat ga je doen? - Installeren en configureren van hardware, zoals laptops, printers en randapparatuur - Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers bij IT-vragen en problemen - Oplossen van storingen op locatie en zorgen voor een soepel draaiende IT-omgeving - Reizen tussen de verschillende locaties (met een auto van de zaak of reiskostenvergoeding) - Samenwerken met collega's van de servicedesk en andere IT-teams Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding in ICT - Ervaring met IT-support of werkplekbeheer (bij voorkeur in een on-site rol) - TOPdesk ervaring en enige kennis over een CMDB-systeem - Basiskennis van Windows 10/11, Office 365 en hardwarebeheer - Rijbewijs B en de motivatie om lekker onderweg te zijn - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte houding Wat krijg je van ons? - Salaris tussen € 2.610 en € 3.250, afhankelijk van ervaring - Reiskostenvergoeding of een auto van de zaak - Volop mogelijkheden om certificaten te behalen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen - Een afwisselende functie binnen een overheidsins...
