Daarom bieden we jou: - Een salaris tussen €2.560,- en €3.250,-, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Leaseauto of volledige reiskostenvergoeding; - Toegang tot trainingen, certificeringen en opleidingsbudget (Microsoft, ITIL, Azure, security); - Afwisselende opdrachten in Leiden en regio Zuid-Holland; - Een team dat jou kent, ondersteunt en motiveert; - Veel vrijheid voor eigen ideeën en ruimte om mee te bouwen aan onze snelgroeiende scale-up. - Oplossen van 1e en 2e lijns incidenten op locatie; - Installeren, vervangen en configureren van hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices); - Ondersteunen bij werkplekbeheer, migraties en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers; - Uitvoeren van updates, patches en basis-beheertaken; - Accountbeheer in Active Directory en Microsoft 365; - Documenteren van incidenten en oplossingen in het ticketsysteem; - Meedenken over structurele verbeteringen in de werkomgeving en supportprocessen. Functie-eisen Je bent servicegericht, communicatief sterk en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting IT (niveau 3 of 4); - 1-3 jaar ervaring in IT support, servicedesk of werkplekbeheer; - Kennis van Windows, Microsoft 365, AD en basis netwerktechniek...
