Als Onsite Support Medewerker in Veenendaal ben jij het gezicht van de IT-afdeling. Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers ter plekke, lost storingen snel op en zorgt dat werkplekken optimaal blijven functioneren. Over de rol Als Onsite Support Medewerker bied jij directe IT-ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers op locatie. Je installeert en configureert werkplekken, verhelpt storingen en ondersteunt bij migratie- en implementatieprojecten. Door jouw aanwezigheid op de werkvloer zorg je voor snelle oplossingen en tevreden gebruikers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Oplossen van IT-incidenten en verstoringen op locatie; - Installeren en configureren van hardware, werkplekken en randapparatuur; - Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers bij Windows, Office 365 en applicaties; - Uitvoeren van updates, migraties en implementaties; - Documenteren van werkzaamheden en aandragen van verbeterpunten. Jij hebt het in je - Een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 of hbo-opleiding richting IT; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring binnen onsite support, IT-support of werkplekbeheer; - Kennis van Windows 10/11, Office 365 en Active Directory; - Ervaring met Intune, SCCM of ITIL is een pré; - Rijbewijs B...
