Het ontbijt loopt vloeiend over in de lunch waar jij als ontbijt chef verantwoordelijk bent voor het opstarten en draaien van de lunchkeuken. Wat ga je doen? Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het aansturen en begeleiden van het keukenteam in de ochtend- en middaguren en zorgt ervoor dat de gasten een perfecte start en vervolg van hun dag hebben. Ook ben je als Ontbijt chef verantwoordelijk voor: - Het voorbereiden en presenteren van het ontbijtbuffet volgens recept en planning - Het opstarten en draaien van de á-la-carte lunch - Een optimaal voorraadbeheer door tijdige en nauwkeurige bestellingen - Toezicht houden op de werkzaamheden van collega's, het geven van instructies en het bewaken van kwaliteit - Je stuurt een team aan van ongeveer 6 personen - Naleving van hygiënevoorschriften - Voorbereiden en bijvullen van het ontbijtbuffet en de mise-en-place verzorgen voor de lunch - Het voorbereiden en verzorgen van banqueting lunch buffetten wanneer deze zich voordoen - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe ontbijtgerechten en voorstellen doen aan de direct leidinggevende - Helpen bij het ontvangen, controleren en opslaan van geleverde goederen Wat mag je verwachten? - Een salaris tussen €2700,- en €3000,- bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur per week - De functie is beschikbaar vanaf een dienstverband van 32 uur per week - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10km - Een afwisselende functie binnen een gezellig team - Veel contact met de gast door onze live-cooking - Vroeg beginnen en vroeg klaar! - Je rooster is altijd 3 weken van tevoren bekend; - Voor € 85,- (incl. ontbijt) overnachten bij al...
