Het Mercure Hotel Nijmegen Centre is zoals de naam al omschrijft centraal gelegen in Nijmegen. Binnen 1 minuut sta op het trein- en/of busstation en na 5 minuten wandelen begeef je jezelf in de binnenstad van Nijmegen. Met 4 hotelsterren en 112 hotelkamers zijn we één van de grotere hotels in het Nijmeegse en we staan bekend om de service die we aan onze gasten verlenen. Als onderdeel van een grote overkoepelende organisatie hebben wij mooie secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waar je wereldwijd mee uit de voeten kan. Zo wij hebben via Accor en Event Hotels mooie extra's. "The sky is the limit."Het ontbijt is de belangrijkste maaltijd van de dag en daar zorg jij samen met je collega's voor. Jouw dag begint met het afbakken van lekkere broodjes, verse croissants en het gereed maken van het ontbijtbuffet. Nadat je zelf een lekkere kop koffie of thee hebt gepakt verwelkom je onze gasten en leg je hen in de watten met al het lekkers dat het buffet te bieden heeft. Gedurende het ontbijt zorg je ervoor dat het buffet spik en span is, ruim je tafeltjes af en dek je deze ook weer opnieuw in. Naast het voor de schermen bezig zijn ben je ook in de keuken werkzaam wanneer bepaalde producten moeten worden aangevuld of als er vaat door de afwasmachine gedaan moet worden. Samen met je collega's ruim je na het ontbijt alles netjes op en zorg je ervoor dat alles weer klaar staat voor de volgende dag. Na de reguliere ontbijttijden ben je bezig in de keuken waar je voorbereidingen doet voor de komende dagen en mochten er gasten in onze bar/lobby plaats nemen voor een kop koffie, thee, een frisje of iets anders lekkers te drinken dan worden deze door jou geserveerd.
