Als Ontbijt Supervisor ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor zowel gasten als medewerkers tijdens de ontbijtservice. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en dat onze gasten iedere ochtend kunnen genieten van een uitgebreid ontbijt, uitstekende service en een warm welkom. Met jouw enthousiasme, organisatorische talent en oog voor detail weet je het team te motiveren en de kwaliteit van de service naar een hoog niveau te tillen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het ontbijtteam en werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer. Samen met de ontbijtkoks en je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het buffet er verzorgd uitziet, tijdig wordt aangevuld en voldoet aan de hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden van Valk Exclusief. Daarnaast bewaak je de gasttevredenheid, los je eventuele uitdagingen op een professionele manier op en zorg je voor een prettige werksfeer binnen het team. Na afloop van de ontbijtservice blijf je betrokken binnen het restaurant en ondersteun je waar nodig tijdens de lunch. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en ziet erop toe dat alle HACCP-, Arbo- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen worden nageleefd.
