Ben jij een gepassioneerde kok die graag de dag vroeg en energiek begint? Voor La Réserve zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste ontbijtkok die onze gasten elke ochtend laat genieten van een verzorgd en kwalitatief ontbijt.

Je staat in voor de organisatie van de ontbijtservice, de mise-en-place en de bereiding van uiteenlopende ontbijtgerechten. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en kwaliteitsvolle afwerking zorg je voor een uitstekende start van de dag voor onze gasten.

Wij vragen

  • Je hebt ervaring als kok, bij voorkeur binnen ontbijt-, hotel- of restaurantkeukens.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, zelfstandig en nauwkeurig.Kwaliteit en gasttevredenheid staan voor jou altijd centraal.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de HACCP-richtlijnen en past deze consequent toe.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans en hebt een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je bent afgestudeerd aan een hotelschool of beschikt over gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Vroege werkuren vormen voor jou geen probleem.
