Ontbijtkok (38 uur) 38 - 40 uur per week Beschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als ontbijtkok ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van ontbijtplateaus en het bereiden van à-la-carte ontbijtgerechten. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt in de keuken en bepaalt de sfeer en kwaliteit waarmee de gasten hun dag starten. Je bewaakt de mise-en-place, houdt de voorraad bij en werkt nauwkeurig volgens de hoogste standaarden van gastbeleving. Je start je dag om 06:30 uur. Je bereidt de plateaus, maakt creatieve gerechten en zorgt dat alles perfect de keuken verlaat. Je houdt rekening met dieetwensen en allergieën en denkt altijd een stap vooruit. Na het ontbijt ga je aan de slag met de voorbereidingen voor de lunch en ondersteun je het team bij de lunchservice. Je werkt in een hecht, ambitieus team en houdt de keuken netjes en georganiseerd. Wat vragen we van je? - Je bent een vroege vogel, stressbestendig en werkt secuur; - Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en gastbeleving; - Je bent beschikbaar voor werktijden van 06:30 uur t/m 14:30 uur; - Je werkt graag zelfstandig én in teamverband.
