Bij Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre zoeken wij een enthousiaste Ontbijtmedewerker die samen met het Food & Beverage Team onze gasten een warm welkom en een fijne ochtend bezorgt. Je werkt in ochtenddiensten en samenwerking met je collega's en de keuken is het essentieel om uitstekende service te bieden.Jouw dag bestaat uit: • Samenwerken met het team om onze gasten een uitstekende start van de dag te bezorgen. • Voorbereiden, aanvullen en presenteren van het ontbijtbuffet. • Serveren van koffie, thee en andere dranken tijdens het ontbijt. • Afruimen en schoonmaken van tafels en zorgen voor een nette ontbijtruimte. • Registreren van consumpties in het Micros-systeem indien van toepassing. • Zorg dragen voor een schone en georganiseerde werkplek. • Verantwoordelijk omgaan met en onderhouden van gebruikte apparatuur. • Gasten informeren over faciliteiten van het hotel en de omgeving.

Functie-eisen: Jij… • Hebt een passie voor Hospitality en Food & Beverage. • Bent gastgericht en houdt van contact met gasten.
