Als medewerker kassa & onthaal ben jij het eerste én laatste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Dankzij jouw vriendelijke service en nauwkeurige aanpak verlaten klanten de winkel telkens met een goed gevoel.

Jouw taken aan het onthaal

  • Klanten vriendelijk onthalen en verder helpen met hun vragen.
  • Producten correct en vlot afrekenen aan de kassa.
  • Klanten begeleiden aan de zelfscan wanneer nodig.
  • Mee zorgen voor een ordelijk en verzorgd onthaal en kassaplein.
  • Verwerken van retours en administratieve taken aan het onthaal.
  • Mee instaan voor een vlotte en aangename winkelervaring.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om elke dag de beste service te bieden.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en communicatief.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een supermarkt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig, ook op drukke momenten.
  • Je bent bereid te werken met een wisselend uurrooster, inclusief weekendwerk.
