Als onthaalbediende ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bezoekers en leveranciers: je plant de techniekers in en volgt interventies administratief op. Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als onthaalbediende?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt ter plaatse en via telefoon voor klanten, bezoekers en leveranciers.
  • Je plant de techniekers efficiënt in en bewaakt de dagelijkse planning.
  • Stuurt techniekers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van interventies.
  • Verwerkt inkomende aanvragen en koppelt deze aan de juiste collega.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van opdrachten.
  • Beheert de agenda en ondersteunt bij het inplannen van afspraken.
  • Houdt klanten op de hoogte over afspraken en interventies.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande communicatie.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat het onthaal en de dagelijkse werking vlot verlopen

Ze leveren beveiligingsinstallaties voor zowel particulieren als ondernemingen op maat van de klant.   • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook op drukke momenten.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en goed in het plannen en opvolgen van taken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, techniekers en collega’s.
  • Initiatief nemen voelt aan als natuurlijk, je werkt zelfstandig en schakelt snel wanneer nodig.
