De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als onthaalbediende regio Kortrijk?

  • Voor klanten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt, aan de receptie, telefonisch en per mail.
  • Postverwerking, agenda beheer, bestellingen en kantoorvoorraad, je volgt alles nauwkeurig op.
  • Klanten kunnen steeds bij jou terecht met vragen en problemen.
  • Bezoekers en klanten begeleid je naar de juiste vergaderzaal.
  • Het management kan op jouw administratieve ondersteuning rekenen.
