In de rol van Receptionist Carrosserie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten aan de balie en stel je alles in het werk om hen te ontzorgen tijdens het schadeproces. Je zorgt voor een feilloze planning van de inkomende & uitgaande wagens. Regematig hou je de dossierbeheerders/ calculators en vestigingsdirecteur up-to-date tijdens het herstel proces van de voertuigen. Jij vormt mee de schakel tussen de klant en de werkplaats. Kortom een fijne baan met veel variatie!

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Een professioneel en vriendelijk onthaal van onze klanten
  • Alle inkomende mails en opdrachten behandelen/ toewijzen aan derden
  • Ondersteunen van de dossierbeheerders/ calculators
  • Verzorgen van de werkvoorbereiding
  • Afspraken inplannen met klanten
  • Inplannen van vervangend vervoer

Hoe doe je dat? Als eerste aanspreekpunt help jij onze klant met allerlei vragen. Hierin zorg je voor het antwoord dat ze zoeken of dat zij doorverwezen worden naar de juiste collega. Daarnaast maak je klantdossiers aan met alle benodigde gegevens en regelt dat er tijdig vervangend vervoer klaarstaat. Jij bent op de hoogte van de lopende herstelopdrachten en kan ondersteuning geven indien er vragen zijn bij de uitvoering en waar nodig heb jij contact met de klanten voor verdere antwoorden. Je neemt deel aan het dagelijks overleg en draagt zorg voor het borgen van de planning. Kortom, je hebt een echte spilfunctie in de rol als Receptionist Carrosserie.

Als Receptionist Carrosserie heb je een hands-on metanliteit en krijg je energie van klanten verder te helpen. Daarnaast herken jij je in onderstaand profiel:

  • Commerciële ingesteldheid, flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid zijn een absolute must
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel naar je collega's als naar klanten toe
  • Je maakt een toegankelijke eerste indruk naar elke klant en schept vertrouwen
  • Goede computervaardigheden (MS office)
  • Je bent open, service minded en weet van aanpakken
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie & affiniteit met de Automotive-sector is een absolute plus
