Samen met onze klant zijn we opzoek naar een enthousiaste en ambitieuze receptiemedewerker voor het Service Center te Hasselt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Een kijkje in uw takenpakket:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgen voor een warm en professioneel onthaal.
  • Onderhouds- en herstellingsafspraken inplannen en correct verwerken in de agenda van de werkplaats.
  • Indien nodig de nodige afspraken met externe partijen organiseren.
  • Klanten tijdig informeren over de uitgevoerde werken en eventuele bijkomende werkzaamheden.
  • Instaan voor de administratieve opvolging en een correcte facturatie.

Wij zoeken iemand die zich kan vinden in onderstaand profiel:

  • Relevante ervaring binnen een frontofficefunctie.
  • Een uitgesproken commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Klanten vlot verder helpen in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in het bewaren van overzicht, met kennis van automechanica als absolute must.
  • Vlotte kennis van Microsoft Office-toepassingen.
