?? Vacature: Host / Onthaal & Shop Medewerker (Deeltijds - Regio Oudenaarde)Ben jij een geboren gastvrouw of gastheer met een stijlvolle uitstraling en een warme glimlach? Droom je ervan om te werken in een historisch, uniek kader (denk aan een prachtig kasteeldomein!) voor een vooraanstaande sport- en recreatieclub? Zoek je een gevarieerde deeltijdse job waarin onthaal, administratie én shopverkoop samenkomen? Dan zoeken we jou!

? Jouw takenpakketAls het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leden, bezoekers en collega's ben jij het visitekaartje van onze club:

  • Eerstelijns Onthaal: Je verwelkomt bezoekers met een glimlach, staat hen telefonisch vlot te woord en geeft discreet en professioneel de nodige informatie.
  • Sportieve Administratie: Je staat in voor de vlekkeloze verwerking van reservaties, wedstrijden en de ledenadministratie in ons specifieke clubprogramma (geen zorgen, wij voorzien een grondige opleiding!).
  • Shop & Presentatie: Je helpt bezoekers in de boetiek/shop met de aankoop van sportkledij en accessoires. Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie, orde, netheid en een correcte kassa-afhandeling.

Profiel?? Jouw profiel

  • Talen & Stijl: Je hebt een stijlvol voorkomen, een aangename telefoonstem en spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans én Engels. ???????????
  • Attitude: Je bent enthousiast, communicatief sterk en brengt van nature menselijke warmte over. Discretie en stressbestendigheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • PC-skills: Je kan vlot overweg met de computer en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om deeltijds te werken en bent flexibel inzetbaar in het weekend (in functie van onze evenementenkalender). ???
  • Troef: Kennis van of affiniteit met exclusieve sporten is een absolute plus!
