The posting

Als onthaalmedewerker & administratief medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en klanten. Je ontvangt hen vriendelijk aan de balie en staat hen professioneel te woord via telefoon. Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van inkomende vragen en je plant afspraken in. Naast het onthaal neem je administratieve taken op, waaronder het opvolgen van werkplaatsdossiers en het verzorgen van facturatie.

Je werkdagen zijn gevarieerd. Je start de dag met het beantwoorden van telefoons en het verwelkomen van bezoekers. Je ondersteunt bij het afleveren van voertuigen en je helpt collega’s met administratieve taken zoals klasseren, opstellen van werkkaarten, het verwerken van inschrijvingen en het opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers. Door jouw nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin draag je bij aan een vlot verloop van de dagelijkse werking.

  • Je behaalde minstens een diploma van het hoger secundair onderwijs, liefst met administratieve achtergrond

  • Je werkt graag ordelijk en nauwkeurig en neemt graag administratieve verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent flexibel ingesteld
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B
