Wat houdt jouw rol als Onthaalmedewerker in?

  • Als Onthaalmedewerker ben je het gezicht van de onderneming
  • Je ontvangt de klanten
  • Je luistert naar hun reden tot bezoek en verwijst hen door naar de juiste persoon
  • Je maakt nieuwe klantendossiers op
  • Je behandelt binnenkomende telefoons en post
  • Je zorgt dat de showroom er altijd piekfijn uit ziet
  • Je hebt contact met de interne afdelingen omtrent allerhande zaken
  • Je assisteert bij eventuele evenementen

Wat verwachten we van jou als Onthaalmedewerker?

  • Je genoot een Bachelor opleiding (Communicatie, Economie, Toerisme, Transport, Taal, Elektromechanica, Voertuigtechniek of Automechanica) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring (administratieve functie, receptie, onthaal, ...)
  • Je bent communicatief en hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans
  • Je bent klantgericht en levert graag een zeer goede klantenservice
  • Je houdt van organisatie, structuur & orde
