Als onthaalmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers, bezoekers, chauffeurs en externe medewerkers. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak verloopt de toegang tot de site vlot, veilig en volgens de geldende procedures.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontvangt chauffeurs, bezoekers en externe medewerkers op een professionele manier.
  • Je controleert documenten en wijst chauffeurs correct door naar de juiste laad- en loszones.
  • Je registreert bezoekers en brengt hen in contact met de juiste interne contactpersoon.
  • Je controleert identiteitsbewijzen, sociale documenten en vereiste attesten.
  • Je verifieert of externe contractors voldoen aan alle administratieve en veiligheidsvereisten.
  • Je registreert nauwkeurig alle bewegingen binnen de Contractor Hub.
  • Je verzorgt veiligheidsbriefings voor nieuwe medewerkers op de site.
  • Je programmeert en overhandigt toegangsbadges.
  • Je ziet toe op het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en huisregels.

Wie ben jij?

Je houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in een dynamische omgeving en weet steeds professioneel te communiceren.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een TSO-diploma, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, logistieke of toeristische richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring in onthaal, administratie of een front-office functie.
  • Ervaring binnen HR of personeelsadministratie is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent communicatief, sociaal en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je blijft rustig en overzicht bewaren tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office en digitale registratiesystemen.
  • Je hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en durft mensen aan te spreken op procedures en voorschriften.
