Jobomschrijving

Voor de job als medewerker onthaal automotive in regio Waregem combineer je administratie, klantencontact en organisatie in één veelzijdige functie. Onderstaande taken behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ontvangt klanten, bezoekers en chauffeurs op een professionele manier
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij afhaling van voertuigen en onderdelen
  • Je controleert documenten, sleutels en transportdocumenten zoals CMR’s
  • Je verwerkt facturatie, betalingen en administratieve dossiers
  • Je beantwoordt telefonische en schriftelijke vragen
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s bij administratieve taken
  • Je zorgt voor een georganiseerd en klantvriendelijk onthaal
  • Je houdt dossiers correct en nauwkeurig up-to-date
