  • Je verwelkomt bezoekers met de glimlach en zorgt voor een warm en vriendelijk onthaal.
  • Je staat in voor de verkoop van tickets en abonnementen, verwerkt betalingen correct en voert administratieve taken nauwkeurig uit.
  • Je informeert bezoekers op een duidelijke en professionele manier over activiteiten, shows, evenementen en praktische zaken.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij verschillende operationele taken, zoals attractiebediening, toegangscontrole, paradebegeleiding en parkingwerking, en draagt zo bij aan een veilige en vlotte bezoekerservaring.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk in elke situatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Engels en Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid te werken tijdens weekends, feestdagen en vakantieperiodes.
  • Je werkt steeds nauwkeurig volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
